Returns and exchanges

We accept returns on eligible boutique clothing within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and garment packaging intact. Final Sale items, including jewelry, intimates, and clearance, cannot be returned. To initiate a boutique return, email support@rinajstreetwear.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If Something Isn’t Right With Your Order

If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing issue, please contact support@rinajstreetwear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and the original packaging if available.

We’ll review the information and coordinate with the appropriate fulfillment partner to determine whether the claim qualifies for a return, replacement, refund, or another resolution. Claims submitted after 30 days, without photo evidence, or for normal wear and tear may not qualify.

EU customers

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU residents have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. This applies only to unused, unwashed items in original packaging.
