RINA J. Streetwear Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with RINA J. Streetwear, a Cool Cat Creations Brand. Because we offer both custom-designed pieces and curated boutique items, shipping timelines vary by product type.

Made-to-Order & All-Over Print (AOP) Items These pieces are custom-printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 10–20 business days for production and delivery. Slight variations in print placement may occur, as each item is made to order.

Boutique & Curated Items In-stock boutique items typically arrive within 2–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Mixed Orders If your order contains both made-to-order and boutique items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

International Orders
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and Germany. We do not currently ship to every country at the moment, but are aligning to open it up in the future worldwide.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and carrier handling charges may be collected when your order arrives. These charges are not included in your product or shipping price unless stated otherwise. Customs processing may also extend delivery times.
