Shipping Policy

At RINA J Streetwear, we combine cutting-edge digital art with premium quality apparel. Because our pieces are custom-made to order, our shipping process reflects the time and care needed to create your unique gear.

Order Processing & Production

• Custom Made-to-Order: Every item is printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you.

• Production Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

• Order Changes: To ensure the fastest delivery, orders are sent to our production lab within 24 hours. Cancellations or changes must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

Shipping Times

Once your item is ready, meaning the print shop has finished your made-on-demand piece, the clock starts to tick for shipping. Please note that clicking the "Order" button does not start the shipping clock; the clock starts only when the print service has completed your piece.

Generally, shipping times after your print is finished are as follows:

• United States: 7–12 business days.

• Canada: 10–15 business days.

Note: You may receive multiple packages if your order includes items from different collections (e.g., footwear and apparel).

International Orders & Customs

We are thrilled to bring the Shadow District to our neighbors in the North and beyond!

International customers (Canada) are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in our shipping rates. This prevents a surprise bill from ruining your experience and ensures your package clears customs smoothly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships (after the production clock stops and the shipping clock starts), you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

RINA J Streetwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
