1. Ownership of Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All content, original artwork, character imagery, fabric patterns, visual graphics, logos, text, and product designs featured on this website and across our apparel collections are the exclusive intellectual property of Cool Cat Creations LLC and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Restrictions: Purchasing an item of clothing or merchandise grants you ownership of the physical garment only. Purchase does not grant any license, copyright, commercial rights, or reproduction rights to the underlying artwork, graphics, or branding. Unauthorized copying, reselling for commercial distribution, counterfeiting, scraping, or feeding brand assets into AI models is strictly prohibited.

2. Made-to-Order & Global Fulfillment Network

• Hybrid Production Model: Our apparel, cut-and-sew garments, and accessories are custom-crafted and printed on demand upon order confirmation. To deliver specialized manufacturing techniques (including all-over-print sublimation, specialty outerwear, and technical fabrics), we partner with vetted print-on-demand facilities and artisan manufacturers located both within the United States and in select overseas manufacturing hubs.

• Split Shipments: Because items within a single order may be produced at different specialized facilities (domestic vs. international), your order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers at no additional shipping cost to you.

• Color & Craft Variations: Due to the bespoke nature of print-on-demand and all-over-print (AOP) manufacturing, slight variations in color saturation, graphic placement, and seam alignment may occur. These natural variations are characteristic of custom apparel production and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Sizing & Customer Responsibility

• Size Guides: Detailed sizing charts and measurement guides are provided on every product page. Because garment cuts vary between domestic and international manufacturing partners, please verify the exact dimensions listed for each specific item.

• Customer Selection: Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements prior to checkout. Because each garment is custom-printed and produced on demand, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

4. Returns, Damaged Items & Refunds

All sales are final once production begins, subject to the following exceptions:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, structural flaw, or significant printing error, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Claim Process: To file a claim, email our support team with your Order Number, a clear description of the issue, and high-resolution photographs showing the defect and original packaging.

• Remedy: Validated defect claims will receive a complimentary replacement or store credit at the discretion of Cool Cat Creations LLC. We do not accept unauthorized returns sent without prior written confirmation.

5. Shipping, International Transit, Customs & Delivery

• Fulfillment & Transit Times: Standard production and fulfillment times range from 3 to 7 business days. Domestic US-fulfilled items typically deliver within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Items fulfilled via our international facilities typically deliver within 7 to 15 business days depending on customs clearance and regional carrier handoffs. Tracking information is automatically provided via email upon dispatch.

• Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: For items dispatched from overseas facilities, packages clear international customs before final-mile carrier delivery. International orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country; these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Address Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered incorrectly, delayed, or returned due to customer input error. Reshipment fees for returned packages will be billed to the customer.

• Carrier Liability & Stolen Packages: Once a carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or international postal partner) confirms delivery via tracking scan, Cool Cat Creations LLC is not liable for lost, missing, or porch-stolen packages. Customers must file missing package claims directly with the respective shipping carrier.

6. Payment Processing, Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

• Secure Processing: All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

• Fraud & Chargebacks: We maintain automated fraud detection. Any fraudulent chargebacks, bad-faith payment disputes, or false claims of non-delivery will be disputed with comprehensive delivery, IP, and tracking documentation. Fraudulent accounts will be permanently blocked from future purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Cat Creations LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, site downtime, or third-party carrier delays. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid for the specific order.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
