Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your RINA J. purchase. Because our collections include both curated boutique pieces and made-to-order designs, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.

Curated Boutique Items

Eligible boutique clothing may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags and garment packaging intact

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start an eligible return, email support@rinajstreetwear.com with your order number.

Made-to-Order and AOP Items

Made-to-order and all-over-print pieces are produced specifically for each order. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, buyer’s remorse, or a change of mind.

Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry
  • Intimates
  • Clearance items

If Something Isn’t Right With Your Order

If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing issue, please contact support@rinajstreetwear.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the original packaging, if available

We’ll review the information and coordinate with the appropriate fulfillment partner to determine whether the claim qualifies for a return, replacement, refund, or another resolution.

Claims submitted after 30 days, without photo evidence, or for normal wear and tear may not qualify.

This policy does not limit rights required by law.

EU Customers

Customers in the European Union may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days where required by law.
