RINA J | Returns & Replacements

All Sales are Final. Because each RINA J item is custom-printed to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as a hole, a misprint, or the wrong design), we want to make it right!

  1. Contact us at coolcatcreationsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and 2-3 clear photos of the defect, including a photo of the shipping label on the package.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be shipped to you at no cost. You do not need to mail the damaged item back.

Items Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly. RINA J is not responsible for items lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.
