2. Scope of Protection & Enforcement Federal copyright registration establishes full statutory legal ownership. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, commercial merchandise imitation, adaptive derivative works, scraping, or feeding of character likenesses, storylines, or artwork into artificial intelligence models without express written permission from Cool Cat Creations LLC constitutes copyright infringement and will be subject to statutory legal enforcement.

3. International Apparel Labeling International apparel items are labeled in accordance with international textile standards. While we strive to display accurate fiber compositions on all product pages, minor discrepancies between online descriptions and physical garment tags resulting from factory translation or production batches do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Shipping, Carrier Liability & International Customs Once a carrier scans an order as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Cool Cat Creations LLC and RINA J. Streetwear are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier.

For items dispatched directly from international facilities or third-party suppliers, the customer is designated as the Importer of Record for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or applicable destination customs authorities. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws, and for paying any applicable tariffs, import duties, entry fees, or taxes levied at the border. RINA J. Streetwear, a Cool Cat Creations LLC brand, assumes no liability for customs holds, delays, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
