Because we offer both curated collections and custom-designed pieces, shipping times vary by item:

• Made-to-Order and AOP Items: Please allow 10-20 business days for custom production and delivery.
• Boutique and Curated Items: These typically arrive within 2-10 business days.

If your order contains a mix of items, they may arrive in separate packages.

2. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible boutique clothing within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags and garment packaging intact. Final Sale items cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

4. EU Customers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU residents have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving it. This applies only to unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.
