• Made-to-Order & AOP Items: Please allow 10-20 business days for custom production and delivery.
• Boutique & Curated Items: These ship quickly and typically arrive within 2-10 business days.

Note: If your order contains a mix of items, they may arrive in separate packages.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Boutique & Curated Apparel Items
We accept returns on eligible boutique clothing within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and garment packaging intact. Final Sale items cannot be returned. To initiate a boutique return, email us at support@rinajstreetwear.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (All Products)
If any item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

4. EU Customers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU residents have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. This applies only to unused, unwashed items in original packaging.
