Made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, buyer’s remorse, or a change of mind. If your scarf arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact support@rinajstreetwear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. RINA J. will review the claim and coordinate with the fulfillment partner to determine whether a return, replacement, refund, or another resolution is available.
