Returns and quality concerns

Made-to-order and all-over-print items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, buyer's remorse, or a change of mind. Please review the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing issue, email support@rinajstreetwear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and the original packaging if available. RINA J. will review the claim with the appropriate fulfillment partner to determine whether it qualifies for a return, replacement, refund, or another resolution. Claims without photo evidence, submitted after 30 days, or related to normal wear and tear may not qualify.
