Returns: Eligible curated boutique clothing may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition, with original tags and garment packaging intact. If something isn’t right: Contact support@rinajstreetwear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and the original packaging if available. RINA J. will review the claim with the appropriate fulfillment partner to determine whether it qualifies for a return, replacement, refund, or another resolution. Claims submitted after 30 days, without photo evidence, or for normal wear and tear may not qualify. This policy does not limit rights required by law.
