RINA J. Creator & Affiliate Terms

By participating in the RINA J. Streetwear affiliate program, you agree to promote the brand accurately, disclose your affiliate relationship, and follow the rules below.

Commissions

Creators earn 10% commission on eligible completed sales.
Eligible products are the products included in your affiliate offer.
Commissions are held for 30 days to allow cancellations, refunds, returns, and order issues to clear.
Canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify.
Approved commissions are paid according to the program payout schedule and any applicable payout requirements.
Customer discounts and creator commissions are separate. Do not advertise an additional RINA J. discount unless one has been provided or approved.

Promotion and disclosure

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when someone purchases through your affiliate link. Place the disclosure near the link or recommendation, using language such as: “I may earn a commission if you shop through my link.”
Share honest opinions and accurate product information.
Review the product page before promoting an item and do your own research on current pricing, materials, sizing, shipping, and return eligibility.
Do not make unsupported claims about fit, quality, shipping, returns, materials, fulfillment, or results.
Do not use spam, misleading promotions, fake urgency, or unauthorized discount codes.

Brand protection

Affiliates may not:

Bid on RINA J., RINA J. Streetwear, Cool Cat Creations, or related brand terms in paid search, shopping, display, or social ads.
Create ads, accounts, websites, or messages that appear to be official RINA J. accounts.
Use “official,” “authorized,” or “brand representative” without written approval.
Register domains, social handles, or pages that imitate RINA J. Streetwear.
Present themselves as an employee, owner, or official spokesperson unless separately authorized.
Copy, alter, or use RINA J. artwork, photography, written content, logos, or other brand materials outside the approved promotional purpose.
Create, guess, publish, or promote fake, expired, or unauthorized coupon codes.

Enforcement

Minor disclosure or content issues may receive one correction request. Serious violations, including brand impersonation, paid brand bidding, fake coupon activity, or deliberate misleading claims, may result in immediate removal from the program.

RINA J. Streetwear may disable affiliate links, reverse commissions connected to violations, and end the partnership when these terms are not followed.
