Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Beauty & Cosmetics Returns

For hygiene reasons, beauty and cosmetic products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have a manufacturing issue, email support@rinajstreetwear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, issue, and packaging if available.

We will review your claim with the appropriate fulfillment partner to determine the available resolution. A return, replacement, or refund is not guaranteed before review. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
