1. Overview

This website is operated by Cool Cat Creations LLC (dba RINA J Streetwear). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RINA J Streetwear. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Made-on-Demand & Production

All products sold on this site are custom-made to order.

  • The Production Clock: As stated in our Shipping Policy, order fulfillment consists of two phases: Production and Shipping.

  • Intellectual Property: All digital art, character designs (including "The Shadow District" assets), and streetwear designs are the exclusive property of Cool Cat Creations LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Third-Party Tools & Links

We utilize third-party fulfillment partners (including Subliminator and Printify) to manufacture and ship our goods. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that your shipping information will be shared with these partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our items are custom-printed and sewn specifically for you, we do not offer "change of mind" returns.

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or with a print error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for a replacement.

  • Cancellations: Must be requested within 12 hours of the order being placed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
